Electromagnetic radiation protection is a high-safety requirement in new energy vehicles. Electromagnetic radiation generated by high voltage, high AC current, and the switching of various electrical components is characterized by high voltage/current and a large number of large-diameter wires. To reduce electromagnetic interference, all wiring uses conductive fabric-braided shielded wires, which significantly reduces electromagnetic interference. Simultaneously, flexible electromagnetic shielding materials are used to protect electronic components from electromagnetic interference, preventing signal interference from causing malfunctions in the vehicle's control system.
